Abstract
[fr] Dans un contexte où les organisations évoluent dans un environnement marqué par une concurrence accrue et des transformations constantes, il devient essentiel de mettre en place des pratiques de gestion favorisant l’engagement des collaborateurs (Andrews et al., 2008 ; Joo et al., 2012). Parmi les pratiques à cet effet, la mobilité interne apparaît comme un moyen efficace d’y parvenir (Janand et al., 2015). Ainsi, ce mémoire a pour objectif d’analyser, à travers une démarche qualitative inductive, l’impact de la mobilité interne sur l’engagement organisationnel.
