Abstract

[fr] The study aims to investigate what are some of the techniques talent acquisition professionals integrate into the recruitment process to ensure gender equality. Studies have suggested various methods that could be used by companies and talent acquisition professionals seeking to achieve gender equality in the recruitment process through inclusive job ads, gender bias free interviews, and equal pay. The study shows how recruiters assess their job titles and job descriptions before posting them, and how the screening process is structured to eliminate gender discrimination. This study shows how recruiters externalize recruitment to agencies with a database of talented female candidates. It also shows how recruiters partner with associations that encourage women's empowerment to create pipelines of talented female candidates.
Gender equality has been an important goal in the life of organisations, and most companies strive to incorporate it in their recruitment process to reach greater heights. This study not only sheds light on the techniques that could be used to achieve gender equality in the recruitment process but also highlights some of the benefits.
