Abstract
[en] The COVID-19 epidemic caused an unprecedented disruption in real estate markets, changing the demand for tenants, the flow of rent, and the activity of investors. Luxembourg, as a major European hub for alternative investment funds, offers a valuable setting to examine how real estate funds responded to this shock and what factors shaped their resilience.
