Abstract
[en] The study aims to investigate the integration of sustainability into corporate governance in banks, tracing the evolution of sustainable finance from a geopolitical and regulatory perspective, examining the main regulatory frameworks and analysing the best practices of leading banks in sustainability. The aim is to develop a self-assessment tool that can help smaller banks evaluate the maturity of their sustainability journey from a governance perspective.
