Abstract
[fr] Ce mémoire examine le cadrage médiatique du projet EACOP (East African Crude Oil Pipeline) dans la presse française et africaine. Alors que la presse française tend à qualifier ce projet initié par TotalEnergies en Ouganda de désastre à la fois environnemental et humain, la presse africaine l’aborde plutôt comme une perspective de développement et une opportunité économique.
