Abstract
[fr] Ce travail a pour but d'apporter un éclaircissement sur le processus et les justifications que se font les policiers concernant leur action : comment un policier peut-il percevoir et justifier son action. Nous porterons notre attention sur la légitimité de l'action policière dans le cadre de manifestations (utilisation par la police du concept de "Gestion Negociée de l'Espace Public"). Nous tâcherons à travers la zone de Bruxelles-Capitale-Ixelles (ZPZ 5339 PolBru) d'illustrer notre recherche car cette zone de police est particulièrement concernée par le phénomène des manifestations de grande ampleur.
