Abstract
[en] This thesis focuses on the redefinition of THALA Cosmetics’ brand identity and communication strategy to create a more coherent and differentiated positioning in the natural cosmetics market. It analyzes the brand, its communication, its market and its competitors to identify its main strategic issues. Based on this analysis, a new positioning inspired by North African beauty rituals is proposed, together with strategic and creative recommendations to strengthen the brand’s identity, communication and visibility.
