Abstract
[en] This thesis, entitled "How to involve employees in the performance of start-up companies for their success" aims to present the profit-sharing mechanisms made available to the small enterprises by the Belgian legislation to give employees a stake of the performance of their company. This stake may award employees by cash or in capital.
