Abstract
[fr] La loi du 26 mars 2014 portant l'optimalisation des services de police a commencé en octobre 2014. S'inscrivant dans un trajet de changement, le personnel de la police fédérale se voit confronté à une réorganisation des services. Ce changement engendre alors des difficultés de réalisation. le trajet de changement s'inscrit en trois ans.
