Abstract
[en] This thesis aims to study the impact of integration and coordination mechanisms on the professional expectations and desires of eight young employees, graduated in 2017 in HR at the ULiège, who have recently entered the labour market. The integration and organisational socialisation of new employees from the Generation Y seem to be a major challenge for both companies and employees. Often characterised as a generation that is able to change their professional trajectory if the organisation fails to meet their desires and need for fulfilment, we wonder if the integrations mechanisms used by the organisations are actually able to retain and win the loyalty of these young employees. In addition, we will try to find out if the coordination mechanisms employed in the company can influence an active integration of these young professionals.
