Optimisation du processus de production d'une entreprise industrielle

Abstract

Dans le monde de l’agriculture, le nom Joskin est associé à l’un des plus grands fabricants de machines agricoles. Une société aussi importante se doit d’optimiser constamment son processus de production afin de pouvoir rester compétitive et attractive auprès de ses clients. Dans ce mémoire, il vous sera donc expliqué la démarche entreprise pour permettre à la firme belge d’améliorer son processus de production. Nous parlerons ainsi des deux éléments que nous avons décidés d’optimiser : la planification de la production et le calcul de la charge de travail supportée par les différentes zones de production. En outre, tout au long de ce projet de quatre mois, nous avons consulté les responsables des différents départements de l’entreprise (production, comptabilité, informatique, etc.) ainsi que des consultants SAP afin de trouver des solutions tenant compte de toutes les caractéristiques propres à l’entreprise. En plus de ces entretiens, un certain nombre de sources académiques ont été consultées afin d’appuyer nos recherches. Le résultat final se présente sous la forme d’une optimisation du processus de production intégrée au progiciel de gestion intégré utilisé par l’entreprise.

In the farming world, the name Joskin is associated with one of the biggest manufacturers of agricultural equipment. A company so important has to optimize continually its production process in order to be able to remain competitive and attractive to its customers. In this report, we will thus explain to you the approach undertaken to allow the Belgian firm to improve its production process. Consequently, we will speak about both elements which we decided to optimize: the production planning and the calculation of the workload supported by the various production areas of the firm. Moreover, throughout this four-month project, we consulted people in charge of the different departments of the company (production, accounting, computing, etc.) as well as SAP consultants to find appropriate solutions taking into account all the company particular characteristics. In addition to these interviews, a certain number of academic sources were consulted in order to support our searches. The final result is in the form of an optimized production process integrated to the ERP software used by the company to manage this production process.
