Abstract
[fr] To address the current challenges in the European recreational boating industry and to leverage its strengths, Mercury Marine would like to develop a new distribution model transformation. This change could have a strong impact on the organization’s process and structure. Therefore, the project aims to outline the distribution strategy, to evaluate its impact on the organization and to develop innovative key enablers for its distribution model transformation.
