Abstract
[en] Years after years the function of the purchaser has evolved a lot, gaining a strategic importance for the companies. One of his objectives is to develop strategies to adopt according to suppliers' evaluations, by knowing that the relationship is a considerable factor that is gaining in importance. This work explains a method, proposing purchasing strategies thanks to different purchasing portfolio models. The purchaser enters a supply chain risk management. The first tool is the matrix of Kraljic involving a supply risk (or conformity) study and profitability impact study of the purchases on the company, active in the automotive industry. The matrix also takes into account the buyer-supplier reationship. The second step is to capture the point of view of the suppliers on the company trough two axes: the attractiveness and the business value. Finally an FMEA study (Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis) to prioritize the actions and strategies. In this thesis, the quantified dimensions enter an algorithm proposing the best suitable purchasing strategy.
