Abstract
[en] This paper studies IPros within the consultancy sector.
IPros are a challenging group of workers for companies because they are contractors who operate not regulated job and perform very skilled and critical roles.
They are also known as « High Skilled Lone Workers ».
Within this essay we try to understand how this category of self-employed handle with their professional lives through many points of views and how the employment market interacts with them.
We argue that it exists several influences that draw these workers into that kind of employment. Also, we try to figure out what are their motivations to work as IPros.
