Abstract
[en] Companies are more and more interested in well-being policies, for several reasons. Indeed, these ones are supposed to improve employees’ health but also organizations’ performance.
In this dissertation, different well-being policies are described, as well as their effects. To measure them, key performance indicators, such as productivity or turnover, are analyzed.
First based on literature, these elements are then examined in four different companies. The main purposes of this report are therefore:
• To describe well-being policies, their costs, and their effects on workers’ health.
• To analyze and try to measure the effects of these policies on companies’ performance.
The spreading of well-being policies is increasing. But is this investment worth it?
