Abstract
[fr] The purpose of this thesis is to study the viability of a business offering local Liège products on rue Puits-en-Sock in the Outremeuse district of Liège.
Firstly, following the identification of the entrepreneurial opportunity, a first value proposition was tested in the field. Following the acceptance of this first value proposition, the market research could begin. This market research study answered several questions: Is there a demand for this idea? Is this demand sufficient? Does the project differentiate itself from the competitors? What are the strengths and weaknesses of this project? What threats should be considered? What are the possible opportunities?
Then, it was necessary to determine a business model, an economic model. How will the company generate value? And finally, following the elaboration of the market study and the business model, it was necessary to carry out the business plan. This business plan made it possible to verify the economic viability of the project over a three-year period by analyzing each component of the estimated costs and revenues generated by the entrepreneurship project. All these elements are the components of the Business Plan.
