Abstract

[en] In an ever-changing world in constant evolution, leaders know they have no choice but to adapt or disappear. The chemical industry is a highly competitive sector where innovation cannot be improvised and whose management evolves according to the challenges that companies are facing every day. The question is no longer whether to innovate, but how to achieve it. This is also the challenge that Prayon has attempted to take up through a project that revives the innovation internally.

The purpose of this thesis is to establish an innovation strategy for Prayon in order to strengthen their ability to innovate and stimulate iin-house creativity. This is mainly reflected in the formulation of an innovation deployment plan containing the fundamental elements for building a strategy and structuring the innovation department. This plan involves the design of an innovation process, including more collective and collaborative procedures in order to foster collective intelligence. This process is based on the premise that innovation is everyone's business and should be treated in a more transversal and collaborative way. The suggested approach allows all employees to act and participate as real actors into the process. The construction of this plan also raises the question of a new tool for collecting ideas, more efficient than the existing one, allowing more transparency and interactivity between departments.

Finally, the last part of this thesis will be devoted to the process and management of the change made throughout the various stages of the project. In addition, I will list and explain some of the difficulties encountered and the solutions implemented to resolve them, as well as some recommendations to ensure the longevity of the project.
