Abstract
[en] Nowadays, many companies carry out social actions in order to have positive impact on society and the environment. These social enterprises have the difficulty to achieve a double performance: the financial rendement without hitting the social aim.
The ICT, more and more present in the organizations, put the new ways of working, including teleworking, in the enterprises. The teleworking presents benefits and disadvantages for the employees and for the employers, then for the entire organization.
CSD – Résau solidaris of Liège is a non-profit organization that makes home-based services, in particular for the seniors. This social enterprise wants a big change and decided to implement the teleworking for a small group of employees during a test phase. The teleworking represents a significant change for the structure. That’s why, an evaluation, with a quantitative and qualitative survey, had taken place in this non-profit organization to highlight the good situations and to compensate the difficulties.
The CSD – Réseau Solidaris, in a process of change, has to take care of its social mission.
