Abstract
[en] The purpose of this thesis is to enumerate the supernatural and historical elements present in Herbert G. de Lisser's The White Witch of Rosehall and to compare them with the reality of the history of Haiti and Jamaica and of the practices of Vodou and Obeah to determine their authenticity and how they can be interprated in terms of cultural appropriation.
