Abstract
[en] Over the last decades, the digitalisation has transformed significantly our ways of life with the constant upcoming of new or evolved technologies. The financial sector and especially the banking one did not avoid it.
Nowadays, the banks have to face the new needs of their customers and, to satisfy them and not lose them for a competitor, they have to adapt their workflows continuously.
In this context, the financial institutions are adding constantly new online services considering the laws and regulations in effect.
This dissertation focuses on the digitalisation of the internal auditing established for legal entities’ online loan offers.
It is structured in three chapters: the general context, the description of online credit offers for legal entities and the internal controls implemented.
Finally, the major impacts are identified and reviewed.
