Résumé
[en] This master’s thesis is set up in the context of reviewing the all process of supply chain maturity diagnostic leaded by the cluster Logistics in Wallonia. The diagnostic 360° aim to find the less performing supply chain elements in order to find out ways of improvements, quick wins, no matter what is the main activity or economic sector. Various standards process and tools are existing on the market to set up a supply chain diagnostic. In the cluster’s context a lot of key elements are adding complexity in finding the proper optimization for a company. First, the experts of the cluster can only spend three days in a company. The existing tools are usually custom made to fit to a specific market or company size. In general, tools are addressed to international, national or local companies but not covering all the dimensions. Most of the time the existing tools are build up for a specific economic sector such as automotive or for a specific part of the supply chain such as production or distribution. Several tools and a new approach were developed in this master’s thesis. It is taking in account all these key elements and matching them with the needs of the cluster. The main factors to have a successful approach in the diagnostic are fast execution, applicable for all sectors or activities, clear result interpretation and high level of standardization for evaluation criteria.
