Abstract
[fr] Mieux comprendre l’évolution et la pertinence du travail d’un adjoint exécutif dans une organisation publique qui utilise de plus en plus les différents logiciels informatiques pour remplacer les tâches jusque-là dites « visibles » des adjoints exécutifs. Dans ce contexte, tenter de comprendre en quoi les adjoints exécutifs arrivent à gérer ce changement important et à donner un sens au travail effectué.
