Abstract
[en] Skyline-by-Sonaca is a service line launched in 2015 by Sonaca Group that provides advice to companies in order to make their project management more effective. Despite the interesting margins generated, the service line has struggled to be successful and management has wondered what actions need to be taken to ensure growth and sustainable business. These recommendations would lead to an upgrade of the service and to make it more dynamic by providing faster deliverables. The competitive advantage of the upgraded service is that it structures, works, lasts in time, and the customer perceives it to be rapid. The recommendations additionally indicate that medium-sized or large organizations in the pharmaceutical, chemical and public administration sectors are the preferred targets and that prospecting can be supported by organizations or clusters present in Wallonia and Brussels. Finally, a breakdown of Skyline-by-Sonaca activities should be integrated into the Sonaca Group's overall workload, and the Group should turn to a strong matrix as well. This would allow other resources and personnel to join the team and be trained before providing services to clients.
