Abstract
[en] This project-thesis is proposing guidelines for the implementation of a strategic workforce planning to face the impact of the energy transition on the human resources policy of ENGIE Benelux in Belgium. Divided in two parts, our work will first analyse the impact of the energy transition on human resources policy. The purpose is to investigate in-depth the context to get a clear view on the current situation and understand how the situation is expected to evolve in the future. Such an analysis is compulsory to provide reliable and tailor-made guidelines. In the near future, an increase in the human resource needs is expected. After these
findings we made a theoretical analyse of strategic workforce planning before starting the implementation of our guidelines. These guidelines were the result of a thorough analyse of literature about the subject combine with the context of the company analysed during the first part.
