Résumé
[en] First I will perform a funnelling to select the most valuable products for Datwyler Belgium in function of their life cycle. I will investigate different dimensions of value.
Then I will perform a Kano analysis based on the voice of the business and the voice of the customers. This will give me a more in depth overview of what the current situation is for a certain product for a certain customer (which you determined in the previous exercise) and I will plot this on a Kano chart.
With this in mind, I will perform the different steps of the value stream map for this specific product in the current situation. I will do this on different levels and then identify possible areas to improve which will determine the future situation. To close the gap for each of these iterations, a proposition has to be made which improves the flow, and at the same time, does not affect another flow negatively.
