Résumé
[fr] This master thesis was part of the IN FLOW project which aimed to develop and introduce new (bio)degradable packaging technologies for the fast and cheap formulation of active ingredients in pills or creams for example [1]. The final objective of this work was to produce non-toxic, biocompatible and biodegradable poly(lactide)/polyphosphate with olefin terminal group particles for drug-controlled delivery systems, capable of encapsulating and protecting active ingredients. Indeed, drug-delivery systems are more and more developed in order to decrease the drawbacks of classical drugs (fast elimination, non-selective targeting, uncontrolled drug level in the body, etc.). In this project, drug-delivery systems have been synthetized thanks to a microfluidic device offering more efficient, reliable and reproducible results than bulk processes. Indeed, this method combines all synthesis steps in one device, allowing shorter reaction times. The flow synthesis is in addition a low-cost method, requiring few amounts of solvents and low energy devices which are promising features for a future up-scalable industrial method.
