Abstract
[en] This dissertation will analyse the importance of a project-based instruction in order to learn a foreign language. Indeed, in a society that never stops seeking the best teaching methodology, it seemed obvious to dig deeper into one of the most valued and controversial pedagogy of the moment. Undoubtedly, this collective and ‘so-called’ emancipatory approach has necessarily hidden aspects. So, in order to provide a general picture of it, this work will take place in two different stages: on the one hand, it will reflect the whole state of the art and compare different theories about this particular education; on the other hand - in view of the lack of resources - it will take the form of a journalistic report with information directly verified on the spot, notably from Leonie Waha College. To put it in a nutshell, this study will try to take a critical look at the project-based methodology and bring to light the possible gains and losses regarding the acquisition of a second language and, may add some original key elements.
