Abstract
[fr] Suite à la mise sur pied du projet Belt and Road Initiative – BRI et à l’implantation d’Alibaba Group en Europe, apparaît une nouvelle opportunité d’accès au marché chinois : le Cross Border E-commerce (CBEC). Son implémentation stratégique nécessite d’informer les PME wallonnes sur ses particularités. L’outil informatif « MEMENTO de Cross Border E-commerce Wallonie-Chine (CBEC Wa-Ch), MEMENTO à l’attention des PME wallonnes. » a été rédigé et testé, afin d’aider à comprendre les particularités du client chinois et d’aider à comprendre les particularités de ce nouveau « mode de Trade », rendu possible via la plateforme Tmall Global.
