Abstract
[en] Participative management and teleworking are more and more used by companies. Over the years, new ways of working have developed not only in the literature but also in the professional world. They both exist independently but as we will see in this thesis they can as well be utilized together. Here, we will have a study on some services from SPF Finances. We will interview some employees and managers of the company to have a better understanding of these two work organizations. Through this study, we will evaluate how teleworking can have an influence on participative management and moreover in a public health crisis. After the analysis of all these interviews, we can definitely confirm that there is an influence from teleworking on participative management, particularly on social contacts as they have significantly decreased. Anyways, there are a lot of common values between these two work organizations that makes their combination much easier.
