Abstract
[en] The Information and Communication Technology has caused disruption in economic world. Developing countries jump on the opportunity to become more sustainable and resilient using ICT. Senegal managed to innovate in one of the city’s dimension, education. Thanks to ICT, the country tis tackling the digital divide challenge and improve the digital literacy of the inhabitants. Higher and equitable education access, skills improvements, partnerships, etc are the outputs of a scalable change management that is integrated in regional and global growth visions.
