Abstract
[en] The purpose of this research is to provide a practical method for assessing customer’s satisfaction of a company. It is important for the management to monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction in order to understand and identify the needs and perceptions of its clients.
In this thesis, we will try to find the answer of the following research question:
“How can a company differentiate itself in a highly competitive market?”
