Abstract
[fr] Since April 1st 2016, a new kilometer charge arrived in Belgium for HGV (Heavy Goods Vehicules) of more than 3,5tonnes.
This thesis has been written right before the arrival of this kilometer charge was effective. As a consequence, the main goal was to assess the divergent opinions coming from the actors involved in order to determine the expected impact resulting from this new challenge.
In this respect, this paper will first provide a quantitative analysis allowing us to answer the hypothsis written in the introduction. This analysis is based on an enquiry (thanks to 17 valid answers obtained).
It will then be devoted to a qualitative analysis lead with the help of a family business located in Saint-Georges-Sur-Meuse (Liège, Belgium).
Those research will allow us to assess the different impacts endured by the companies involved as well as the disatvantages expected,… These results will be presentend in a swot analysis allowing us to have a clear vision of the different impacts.
