Abstract
[en] We sometimes underestimate the importance of customer relations in the banking and insurance sector, particularly with professional customers. The aim of this master thesis will be to know how the professionals clients want to be approach and define the commercial and customer relations. The goal will be also to make several recommandations to improve the relation with a client and the services.
