Abstract
[en] This research examines the role of public-private partnerships (PPPs) in addressing the last-mile delivery challenge in Liege, with a focus on cargo bikes. The study emphasizes the importance of integrating complementary solutions such as logistics hubs to maximize the benefits of cargo bikes. Public-private partnerships are identified as a favorable approach to adapting infrastructure and facilitating the transition to efficient last-mile delivery. By leveraging PPPs, Liege can overcome challenges, mobilize resources, and develop a sustainable and effective last-mile delivery system.
