Abstract
[en] The goal of this work is to participate to the experimental implementation of InGaAs SSH chains. A technological process to reduce the size of the nanostructures from 80 to 35 nm has been developed. It has also been shown by KPFM measurements that it is possible to tune the Fermi level of an InGaAs nanowire by polarizing lateral metallic gates close to the nanowire.
