Abstract
[en] The purpose of this work is to create and implement a framework to collect and analyze information about competitors in a fast-evolving market. The competitive analysis will be perform for Bisnode Belgium. The analysis encompasses a desk research and a field research. Following these researches, several recommendations are developed in order to improve Bisnode’s competitive positioning and to help the company to set up in-house a competitive intelligence process.
