Résumé

[en] In the recent years, the incorporation of humor has gained notable prominence as a potential strategy to enhance engagement and participation within organizational context. This study explores the impact of humor-infused visuals in internal communication on employee behavior and engagement patterns. By applying a quantitative approach, we investigate how the use of humor in visual communication influences employees' willingness to engage in positive communication behavior, their satisfaction levels, and their overall engagement within the organization. Additionally, the study delves into the challenges and benefits associated with integrating humor as a nudge technique into internal communication strategies. Nudge theory, renowned for its ability to subtly guide decision-making, is harnessed in this study to shed light on humor's role as a catalyst for shaping positive employee communication dynamics within organizations. The results contribute to a comprehensive understanding of the role of nudging by humor in shaping employee communication dynamics within organizations.
