Résumé
[fr] This end-of-study project is an immersion in hair salons run by people from sub-Saharan Africa for frizzy hair in Liège. It is based on the personal observation that, despite a recent trend towards inclusion and diversity, there is an almost total absence of proposals from internationally renowned salons for this type of hair. His ambition is therefore to create a high-standard hair care facility for frizzy hair in Liège. The literature review examines various entrepreneurial approaches. Starting with the classic approach, via effectuation and design thinking, and ending with the choice of Lean Startup and the Business Model Canvas to respond to this problem. The methodology used is qualitatively oriented, with observation of the field and interviews with players in the sector and potential users. This enabled us to identify and clarify the main need and the related needs that this structure would solve. After drawing up a Business Model Canvas, a Minimum Viable Product was proposed. Finally, this work enables us to apply and highlight the advantages of recent developments in the entrepreneurial approach as an approach to solving a problem, while recognizing that the classic entrepreneurial approach via the business plan should not be outlawed, but its use should be adapted according to the stage of development of the project.
