Abstract
[en] This thesis explores the evolution of a traditional car dealership into a modern mobility provider, focusing on the transition to electric vehicles and new business strategies. It analyzes the challenges and opportunities related to digitalization, the electrification of the vehicle fleet, and the importance of service diversification. The thesis also offers recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative surveys, emphasizing the importance of customer support, continuous training, and the adoption of new technologies to remain competitive in an ever-changing market.
