Abstract

[en] The research concludes that change agents who leverage their sensitivity traits can facilitate more effective and empathetic change processes. This is because it helps them reduce resistance and support leadership in organizations. The Reflect-Care-Guide model serves as a practical blueprint for sensitive change agents and offers strategies for using their natural traits to drive successful organizational change.
