Abstract
[en] The objective of the thesis, within CoPropel project, is to perform hydro-structure coupling analysis of a composite propeller by using RANSE method with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software, mainly STAR CCM+ and Boundary Element Method (BEM) with BV internal tool ComPropApp. In addition, a sensitivity study of the fibre arrangement in propeller blade is carried out to estimate the influence of fibre orientation on the blade deflection, leading to the optimisation of the blade.
