Abstract
[fr] Ce mémoire étudie la notion de nucléarité dans les espaces vectoriels topologiques et son application aux espaces de Gelfand–Shilov, des espaces de fonctions ultradifférentiables. Après une présentation des propriétés fondamentales des espaces de Fréchet nucléaires, incluant le théorème de Dynin–Mityagin et leur rapport avec les produits tensoriels d'espaces localement convexes, une caractérisation précise de la nucléarité de certains espaces de Gelfand–Shilov est établie.
