Abstract

[en] This thesis investigates the feasibility of using a fully radiative cryostat to cool a suspended
mirror to cryogenic temperatures, as required by the Einstein Telescope Low Frequency gravitational wave detector. The study is based on the E-TEST prototype developed at the
Centre Spatial de Liège.
