Abstract

[en] This thesis investigates how Green Transformational Leadership fosters pro-environmental behaviors among employees in social and solidarity economy organizations. Using a qualitative abductive approach based on semi-structured interviews, it introduces an original three-layer explanatory model, named the Green Ripple Model, showing how leaders’ values, value congruence, organizational climate interact, and other mediating mechanisms drive sustainable practices.
