Abstract
[en] This Master thesis analyzes my potential future income that I could collect as the
head of my own company. On the basis of interviews with business owners, I listed
and analyzed different tax and accounting operations which affect income. For my
personal situation, what would be the best practices? Is dividend distribution still
interesting in 2017?
The goal of this Paper is to compare my today’s employee income to the potential
income that I would have managing my own business. The comparison is conducted
through a several-year simulation. Another goal is to determine the minimum
remuneration that would be acceptable for me as the head of my company.
