Abstract
[en] A time crystal is a new kind of phase of matter that repeats itself in time the way an ordinary crystal repeats in space. It only becomes possible when the system is kept out of equilibrium. In this thesis, I focus on time crystals in open quantum systems, that is, systems that are not perfectly isolated but coupled to their environment. I give an overview of the different types that can arise in this setting and study how they behave.
