Abstract
[en] Fifteen years ago, SCA decided to outsource their warehouse activities to a logistics service provider, Schenker NV. By the end of 2017, the contract will be coming to its end. The client company is therefore concerned with the future of their operations. This thesis seeks to bring insight on the best future management decision for the processes in stake. The paper aims to consider and discuss four sourcing alternatives. The four options comprise to stay with the original logistics service provider, to switch vendor, to backsource the activities and finally to create a new organisation.
