Abstract
[en] Recydel is a recycling company which treats wastes from electrical and electronical equipments (WEEE) and fridges. Its turnover is about 15M€/y and has an EBIT of 1.6M€ (in 2016). The company is growing fast. Big investments, nearly 10% of the turnover, are done each year to improve the productivity and the quality. To ensure the success of its growth, the company needs to progress in its organization, in the skill sets of its employees and in the standardization of the work.
The first step of this research is to find a good qualitative method to analyze the organizational structure and make an initial assessment of the situation in terms of human resources, communication and cultural behavior inside the company.
Lot of importance will be given to the relationship between the workers in the data collected. How they work together? How they react when a problem occurs? Where are the tension points that should be resolve? What are the amelioration points in communication?
Suitable solutions will then be put in place to solve the issues found in the analysis. Topics like the assessment of employee’s skill, the organization of trainings, defining objectives of certain functions and explaining the values of the company will be done. All these changes will have to bring a positive impact in terms of cultural organization of Recydel
In the end, the results will be evaluated and the solutions will be discussed to understand the ways of possible improvements. Recommendation will be done to keep on with the organizational changes of the company.
