Abstract
[en] The main objective of this research is to understand the factors influencing the development, design and marketing of financial products for the younger generation and therefore to provide guidelines for Financial Service Providers. The research is based on the analysis of four financial institutions: Fransabank from Lebanon, Al-Amal Microfinance Bank from Yemen, Bank of Georgia from Georgia and Banco Mercantil Santa Cruz from Bolivia.
