Abstract
[en] In a world that is evolving and constantly more competitive, companies have to adapt. So, we speak about mergers, acquisitions, pooling of resources or simply an internal change in the company. Change can take many forms.
Change is precisely what will be discussed in that work. The change will be studied in the context of various pooling of resources within the Mutualité Socialiste - Solidaris.
I will focus on three distinct models of shared resources existing in the company. Models from which a qualitative study is carried out in order to know how the change was experienced and was conducted.
Finally, we will see through the 3 models that change can be experienced differently depending on the context. Recommendations will be issued for useful purposes for the future development of shared resources.
